Nevada District Court Judge James Mahan has ruled that the 9 at-large caucus sites in Nevada casinos are just fine. The attorney for the state teacher's union says he "probably won't" appeal the decision.
So everything stays the same except that the Clinton organization probably made some more new enemies.
