Jonathan Martin notes that "none of McCain's GOP rivals are airing negative ads against him." Now, McCain clearly has been attacked by plenty of people over the last week or so. And one assumes that Giuliani and Romney will attempt to draw contrasts with the Arizona senator during tomorrow night's debate. But Martin is right: So far, the GOP candidates have been remarkably restrained.
