A friend sends along this NPR commentary by Deborah Bolling debunking the idea that Bill Clinton was the first "black president" of the United States of America. Bolling's left-wing critique is fascinating to listen to, if only because it portends where the Democratic party is headed if it continues down the path of deciding its presidential nominee solely on the basis of identity politics.
