William F. Buckley, RIPWilliam F. Buckley, Jr, died this morning at his home in Connecticut. Our friends at National Review already have posted some poignant reflections. There will be many, many more. I didn't know him at all before I came to Washington, but I read everything he wrote. And he is one of the chief reasons that I'm a writer.
