In response to this ad from Senator Clinton, the premise of which is that only Hillary is ready to take a 3 am phone call on the housing crisis (does anyone think Clinton wouldn't bite off the heads of at least three staffers if her much needed beauty sleep was disturbed by a middle of the night phone call about the economy?) McCain adviser Steve Schmidt responds:

"With an ad like that, it's more likely that the call at 3:00 am is, 'Senator, you've just lost another superdelegate.'"
