Richelieu: La Vida Obama

Your good Cardinal has done some happy work among the good people of Puerto Rico, so I cannot help but opine a little on all this Hillary talk about her coming landslide in the sunny Commonwealth. Puerto Rican politics are very organizational and somewhat boss-oriented.

Political bosses firmly believe in the age old principal of supporting that which is going to happen. And what is going to happen now is Obama. Hillary is a bad bet. Obama is going to do fine in Puerto Rico, if Hillary is even still around in June which if she is at all rational about this -- now a sadly open question -- she will not be.
