Via Allahpundit, here's the video, noted by Mary Katharine, of Whoopi Goldberg asking John McCain on The View if she would become a slave under a strict interpretation of the Constitution.

In response to Goldberg's ridiculous question, McCain says that she made an "excellent point." Why did he say that?
