The arms control expert has an op-ed on the Nork missile test:

North Korea's thinly disguised missile test violates U.N. resolutions and should be condemned. But it is not a serious threat to the United States, nor does it justify a crash program to deploy an expensive, unproven anti-missile system.

FYI: This is the same guy who told Foreign Policy that early reports (now universally accepted as true) tying North Korea to the Syrian reactor the Israelis bombed in 2007 was "nonsense" and that even if it was true, "if North Korea gave them anything short of nuclear weapons it is of little consequence."

The North Koreans could nuke Los Angeles and Joseph Cirincione still wouldn't be worried.
