Barack Obama once believed that a nuclear-armed Iran was unacceptable. He no longer says this. Obama's rhetoric on Iran today is noticeably softer than it was during the presidential campaign. That's striking, since he ran first to the left of Hillary Clinton, then to the left of John McCain and always in opposition to George W. Bush.
Jennifer Rubin has a terrific post that traces the softening.
