This via the sports blog Hugging Harold Reynolds, a 2002 clip of "baseball's Chief Justice" Bob Costas blowing out Sonia Sotomayor over her ruling ending the baseball strike. As HHR notes, Costas would make an interesting witness at Sotomayor's confirmation hearings. And of course, Sotomayor's baseball credentials have already been called into question. Despite Obama's statements to the contrary, Sotomayor is no baseball fan.
