For centuries now, humankind has struggled because of Adam's little lapse back there in the Garden.  As the scripture has it, God said unto him:

Cursed is the ground because of you; In toil you will eat of it All the days of your life.

So Adam and the multitudes that came after him and had to suck it up because he couldn't follow a few simple rules.  He, and they, did not, however, enjoy the services of what Jeff Gordinier of the New York Times like to call, "a food Sherpa."

Simple concept, really.

Just as a traditional Sherpa guide helps a mountain climber navigate the stresses and mysteries of a Himalayan peak, a food sherpa is a local expert who brings a hungry traveler to pockets of the culinary landscape that may otherwise seem out of reach.

Okay, then.  Problem solved.
