The Interview that Started the Spat Between Obama Aides Axelrod and Cutter

According to a new ebook by Glenn Thrush, President Barack Obama's top political adviser, David Axelrod, had a spat with Stephanie Cutter, deputy campaign manager for the president's reelection campaign. 

 "If there was a flash point, it came in March, according to three people close to the situation," writes Thrush. "Axelrod got wind that a producer at a network morning show had been asking for him to appear – only to be told by a junior staffer that Cutter, who had been conspicuously upping her TV appearances, could substitute."

Well, according to a Nexis search of morning shows in March, the only one Cutter appeared on was CNN's Starting Point to discuss the Obamacare decision.
