Terry McAuliffe, who is running for governor in Virginia, recently traveled down to Florida for a political fundraiser. And in an interview yesterday, the host of that Florida fundraiser, John Morgan, mocked Virginia as "a state that some of us have never heard of, it’s off the coast of D.C."

A radio host told Morgan, "The reason I ask that question is I found it odd that it was only $500 bucks. I mean if it’s a fundraiser, and it’s limited, I understand, but it’s limited access. A lot of these fundraisers are, you know, it’s will take anybody who’s got the thousands--"

“Well, here’s the reason, number one, we’re raising money for a guy who’s running for governor for a state that some of us have never heard of, it’s off the coast of D.C. And, number two, we have had people who paid, Russ did not pay that much, but we had people paying $5,000, $10,000 dollars for a picture with the president,” Morgan responded.

The radio host responded, “They had ring side.”

“There was ring side seats,” said Morgan.

The Florida fundraiser also featured former President Bill Clinton.
